AutoFlex Flexible Wall Feeders

The Autoflex massaged urethane hopper is designed to accuratley metering the stickiest of non-free flow products like TiO2, Lime, Talc, Calcium Carbonate, PVC, carbon black, clays, Plaster, Sawdust, & Resins.

Control Automations Autoflex Volumetric and Gravimetric feeders are the ideal way for controlled metering of virtually any dry material.... fine powders to flakes, granules to chips, and fibers to pellets in every major industry.

Synchronised flexing of the hopper walls provides an even, continuous flow of many materials that will not feed through conventional feeders. Paddle type massagers provide two zone flexing - at the top of the hopper as the product enters, and at the base of the hopper to ensure that the product efficiently enters the screw. The paddles have two adjustments to optimise the massaging action - depth of the flexing of the hopper, and the ability to place emphasis on the top or bottom zones. The feeder can be adjusted to suit the particular characteristics of the product being metered.
