The Economic Microveyor

The Microveyor is a recently developed pneumatic conveyor, purpose built to cope with the lower end of 'dense phase' transfer of powder or granular products, for economy of investment, minimal product damage (by lower conveying velocity) and minimum maintenance. There are more than 40 versions, so there is a model suited to virtually all applications and products.

The Microveyor offers an economy conveying system built for small transfer rates, generally 1 to 2T/Hr, but up to 5T/Hr. The standard unit is epoxy painted mild steel, and in stainless steel.
The standard model is the KM50. This unit will achieve 1200 to 2600 kg per hour rate, for a typical 10 to 50 meter run in a 50 mm NB line for a product of medium density.

  • Capable of through-puts up to 6T/Hr.
  • Capable of conveying 200m .
  • Can operate from plant air .
  • Convenience of a small pipe line.
  • On moving part.
  • Heavy duty construction.
  • Available in mild steel and stainless steel.
  • Quiet operation.

There are many applications for small transfer rates in plants.
