Rotary Arm Wrappers

The Uniwrap 300 series of wrappers offer fully automatic stretch wrapping of palletised goods. Pallets are feed into and out of the wrappers safety enclosure via powered roller conveyors. The method of wrapping is by is ideal when high wrapping rates are required or pallets loads are unstable. The 300 series wrapper is available to three models.

The “300 Auto” is the base model applying a conventional film wrap to pallets at a rate of up to 80* per hour.

The “300 AE” is upgraded to include a top sheet applicator for dust or weather proofing pallet loads. Dust and weather proofing oft en requires an initial pallet wrap, and then a top sheet applied followed by a final pallet wrap. All is fully programmable. This model can wrap pallets at a rate of up to 60* per hour.

The “300 AV DB speed has twin film dispensing arms providing the ultimate in high speed wrapping and is capable of up to 130 pallets per hr. is upgraded to include a top sheet applicator for dust or weather proofing pallet loads. Dust and weather proofing often requires an initial pallet wrap, then a top sheet applied followed by a final pallet wrap. All is fully programmable. This model can wrap pallets at a rate of up to 60* per hour.

All models are available with a wide range of option accessories including:

• Fully programmable and adjustable wrapping programmes to set the film tension, number of wraps, overlap dimensions, start and stop locations and pallet rotation speeds.
• Automatic pallet load height detectors.
• Top press to secure unstable loads during wrapping.
• Pre-set or infinitely variable film pre-stretching of up to 220% of the film original length offering economic use of film and tight securing of the pallet load once the film returns to its memory position.
• End tail cutting, wiping and electro-welding options available.
• Full guarded in accordance with AS4024-1 Safeguarding of Machinery Standard.
