The PB-12 Gross Weighing-Bagging Machine is specially designed to allow bagging of paper, plastic, polypropylene or jute open mouth bags and is suitable for those who are looking for a simple manual bagging station. Easy installation, minimum maintenance, high output capacity and user friendly operation feature highly in the system design. For handling fine sticky products with a small particle size such as additives for the feed industry, starches, milk powder, bakery ingredients and the like, the PB-15 CAD is ideal. For these more challenging materials the PB15 offers superior product flow promotion, easy and safe access for frequent clean-out and highly repeatable weigh accuracy when fitted with a Payper feed system from the PN Series (see below).

To cover the wide range of products handled in industry today, Payper have developed five methods of accurately metering products into the bag. Careful selection is made based on experience or product trials to ensure the correct feeder is selected. Correct selection means optimum bagging rates and accuracies are achieved without product wastage.

CG Feeder – A pneumatically actuated radial gate to control both coarse and fine feed. Suitable for granular products such as grains, seeds, plastic, pellets, fertilizers and free flowing bulks in general.

CT Feeder – A belt feed equipped with frequency inverter and adjustable weir to control the product flow. Suitable for use with irregular flowing products such as flakes, pelleted cattle feed and abrasive products.

CAT Feeder - A double screw for both coarse and fine feed ideal for products such as wheat flours, milled minerals, detergents and all other powder products in the medium to fine mesh range.

CGV Feeder – A pneumatic weir plate to regulate the coarse feed and vibrating tray for the fine feed. Suitable for non free flowing products or those with a large particle size.

CVD Feeder – A double vibrating tray system with an actuated closing clamp. This system is ideal for products with irregular particle sizes, shapes and flow characteristics.
