Automatic Gross Bagging Machines for open mouthed bags

The range comprises four base models the CSA70, CSA75, CSA95 and the CSA 101, and with a wide range of accessories.
This range of bagging machines is suitable for filling sacks from 5kg – 50kg and bag types such as paper, polyethylene, PE coated or Woven Polypropylene.
Each machine comprises an empty sack tray to hold up to 150 sacks. Additional trays can be incorporated to any bagging system with automatic changeover of the trays to eliminate any production down time. From the empty sack tray sacks are picked and placed onto the fill spout ready for filling. Where gussets are present additional bag forming is applied. The product is fed into the bag by either nett or gross weigh methods depending on the application requirements. Once filled additional bag conditioning may be applied and the bag is carefully driven to the closing system. Closing system comprise heat sealing and/or stitching.
