The CORA rotary valve is specifically designed for metering powder and granular materials. It can be used for both batching and continuous feed, with high levels of consistency.

Its lightweight, compact design and easy-to-disassemble structure allow quick inspection and cleaning. It benefits industries that require high levels of hygiene, traceability, and quality control, such as the food, pharma, and chemical industries.

The valve consists of a rotor that oscillates back and forth 180°. Each rotation dispenses material, and adjusting the frequency changes the flow rate.

The rotary valve can be supplied with a sealing gasket between the vane and the dosing rotor, enabling it to operate in applications with pressures up to 0.2 barG when in the closed position.
