Over several decades Kockums Bulk Systems has been developing one of Australia’s most comprehensive portfolios for applications within the powder processing industries. Kockums Bulk Systems has been supplying Turnkey Systems in according to the world’s best practice, using many in-house developed and specialised components to maximise the performance and utilisation of the plant. Knowledge and extensive experience with the handling of difficult powders, and a continual product testing regime ensures automatic product handling with minimum operator involvement.

Our scope often starts with raw material in the form of bulk delivery, bulk bags or sack. From here product are metered, conveyed, mixed, sieved and/or otherwise processed. After processing the final product is often automatically re-packaged, palletised and wrapped ready for despatch utilising one of our international reputable long standing packaging system suppliers. The integration of other third party specialist equipment or project specific specification can also be catered for.

In the early stages of design, considerations of OH&S, environmental impact, promotion of reliable product flow and friendly operator interface bear heavily in the discussion for the ideal system design to be pieced together.

Project Management, Engineering Design and After Sales support is co-ordinated from Head Office in Melbourne by fully qualified and trained staff.
