Kockums Bulk Systems recognises that with today’s large variety of bulk bags there is no single solution to emptying them. Our focus is primarily based on safe bag handling and dust management, but of course there are many other options available to meet both budget and performance requirements.
Fundamentally there are two styles of BULKAFLO Bulk Bag Dischargers available, either loading by hoist or forklift truck.
Each application is carefully assessed, and from a range of hoppers and/or bag massage systems the most reliable method of promoting product flow will be selected. This selection process also takes into account other project specific requirements such as the handling of abrasives like sand, claggy material like Titanium Dioxide, the hygienic & sanitary requirements of the food, dairy & pharmaceutical industries and even handling dangerous toxic products.
The bulk bag unloader may be designed to accommodate single trip, multi trip, lined and unlined bags and even those that require earthing to manage static electricity.
