OceaniaThe K40 Bag Dump station is designed to make emptying bags easy and safe, with a spacious and ergonomic enclosure.
The system includes an integral dust management system and waste bag compactor to ensure clean and contained disposal of empty sacks. Depending on the operator's efficiency, this bag tipping system can handle up to 180 bags per hour.
To use the system, the operator places the bag on the resting shelf and manually cuts its side with a knife. The sack is then rolled over and emptied onto the feed hopper through a safety grill. The waste bag drops into the bag compactor on the rear shelf, which is compressed into a sealed "sausage" for easy and clean disposal.
To protect against potential lifting injuries, we recommend using our vacuum lifter for bags, along with a scissor lift and slip tables if required.
The dust generated during the process is drawn away for adequate operator safety using either the integral or the customer's existing dust extraction system.
Our bag tipping stations are available in both standard build quality and can be customized to meet specific project requirements, providing versatility and tailored solutions for various applications.
