Our Team

The safety and well-being of our people is our top priority. I’m proud of the way the team has supported one another and adapted to the new working arrangements. We are fully functioning, with most of our team working from home and making the most of Zoom, Skype, Facetime, Teams and WhatsApp to ensure the day to day running of our office continues unimpeded.

Open for Business

We are open for business and ready to help you during these unprecedented times. As always, we are eager to assist, and there are many ways we can help. For instance, the other day, a new customer took us on a tour of their plant via video conferencing! It was fantastic - very informative, and something we want to keep doing with customers post COVID-19.

We are all systems go! We’re working steadily through our current order book, and it’s encouraging to see many other companies also continuing with projects.

After Sales Support.

Travel restrictions mean that we can’t currently be there in the flesh, but there are plenty of other ways we can help. Our remote phone and video links are improving daily. For many of our customers, where remote access modems have been installed in control systems - we can quickly troubleshoot any issues. This has proven to be a timely and worthwhile investment. 

If you don’t yet have a remote support modem, give us a call, and we can guide you through the process of setting up this option.

Spare Parts.

Our supply chain is currently functional, and as always, we keep as many spare parts on hand as possible for our customers. Given the uncertainty around shipping and the possibility of disruptions, we encourage everyone to check your inventory - particularly for consumables and critical spare parts.
